Booking Policy
Bookings are confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received. Quotes are valid for 3 days, after which prices and availability may change.
Unfortunately, we are unable to reserve dates without payment.
Payment Policy
We offer flexible payment options:
— 50% deposit upon booking with the remaining balance due 2 weeks before your event.
— Full payment at the time of booking.
— Klarna payment options (subject to approval).
Any outstanding balance must be paid no later than 14 days before your event.
Failure to make payment by the due date may result in your booking being cancelled.
Amendments
We understand that plans can change.
Reasonable amendments can be accommodated wherever possible, subject to availability and the stage of your booking.
Please note that some changes may incur additional charges.
Postponements
If your event is postponed, we will happily transfer your booking to a new date at no additional charge, subject to our availability.
Cancellation Policy
As preparation for your event begins immediately after booking — including planning, scheduling, design work and reserving your date — all payments made are non-refundable.
Delivery & Collection
We proudly provide our décor services nationwide. Travel charges may apply depending on your event location and will always be confirmed within your quotation.
Collection is included within your booking and will take place at the agreed time following your event. Please ensure your venue provides suitable access for both setup and collection.
Damage Deposit
A refundable £50 damage deposit is required for all bookings.
The deposit will be returned once all hired items have been collected and inspected.
Where items are lost, damaged or require repair beyond normal wear and tear, the appropriate costs may be deducted from the deposit.
Responsibility for Hire Items
All hired items remain the property of Opuluxe Moments. The client is responsible for ensuring hired items are treated with reasonable care whilst in their possession. Loss, theft or excessive damage may result in additional charges where replacement or repair costs exceed the damage deposit.
Venue Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring:
— Venue access has been arranged.
— Suitable setup and collection times have been agreed.
— Parking or loading access is available where possible.
— Any venue restrictions are communicated before the event.
Photography
We may photograph our setups for use on our website and social media platforms.
Bespoke Designs
All concepts, mock-ups and bespoke designs created by Opuluxe Moments remain our intellectual property.
These designs may not be copied, reproduced or shared with another supplier without our written permission.
Unexpected Circumstances
Opuluxe Moments cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, natural disasters, government restrictions or other unforeseen events.
